Who we are
and why we're here.
About RouteMe.

RouteMe gets every visitor to the right door, the first time.
Big buildings are hard to navigate. Hospitals, airports and rental car garages lose time, revenue and goodwill every day to people who are lost, late or anxious about where to go.
Founded in 2022 and based in Orlando, Florida, RouteMe turns any venue into turn by turn video navigation that opens in a mobile browser, in 22 languages, with no app to download and no beacons to install. Today we guide patients, veterans, travelers and renters for leaders like Tampa General Hospital, Sixt, Avianca and Miami International Airport.
What we value
Trust
Our customers put us in front of their patients and passengers. We earn that by being accountable, secure and responsive, and by building AI that is safe, accurate and easy to use.
Customer obsession
We walk the halls, film the routes and sit with the teams who use RouteMe every day. When a customer has an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
Access for everyone
Navigation should work for every visitor, including people using a wheelchair, people with low vision and people who speak another language. Accessibility is part of every route, never an add on.
Craftsmanship
We sweat the details, from the frame a turn appears in to the words a visitor hears. When something isn't right, we take the time to make it right.
Intensity
We move fast, own the outcome and talk openly about what went wrong so we get it right the next time.
Our founders
RouteMe was co-founded by Dimas, Dustin and Hassan, who saw how much time patients and travelers lose finding their way inside large buildings. They set out to fix it with simple video navigation that works in any browser, with no app and no hardware.

Every RouteMe launch starts on site. We walk each route the way a first time visitor would, film it, test it and keep refining it with your team long after go live.
